Head of Financial Planning and Analysis & Multi-Country Delivery

Manchester, or other UK location

Starting Salary £50,340 per annum (plus contributory pension, 25 days)

Having recently undertaken some structural and transformational changes within the HQ Finance Department, we are now looking for a seasoned Head of Financial Planning and Analysis to join our dynamic and successful team. This is a new and exciting role created as an integral part of our growth; thereby enabling us to make a real difference, supporting our lifesaving work across the globe.

You will develop and motivate the FP&A and Multi-Country Team in the delivery of high-quality financial information, insight and analysis through the optimisation of existing and development of new systems and processes. Leading on the planning, design, consolidation and reporting of financial business planning and forecasts for MAG will also take priority.

You will also be required to contribute to MAG’s overall strategic direction and management, raising the profile and enhancing the reputation of Finance with MAG’s Leadership Team, Regional Directors and Country teams through relevant and proactive engagement.

This is a fast-paced role, which will require high levels of initiative, pro-activeness and strong multi-tasking skills. Above all, you will need excellent interpersonal and influencing skills and are able to build effective relationships with a variety of stakeholders. You will need to be approachable, flexible, have a good eye for detail and be ready to work in a busy and varied role. You will also recognise that good financial support can make a real difference to MAG’s success in saving lives and building futures.

This role has opportunity to be carried out at Manchester or in a working from home environment.
